Humanus Corporation is Hiring a Mental health professional Near Media, PA
Were currently seeking Mental Health Professionals for full-time positions working with adults with IDDs in the Media, PA area.
There are several shifts available. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in behavioral health / psychology / human services or a related field OR a bachelors degree in another field PLUS 2 years of behavioral health experience (and 12 credit hours in behavioral health this is required if bachelors is in other field).
Eligible candidates must also have updated PA Clearances, a valid drivers license, and 3 years of driving experience.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in behavioral health / psychology / human services or related field.
- OR a bachelors degree in another field AND 2 years of behavioral health experience (and 12 credit hours in behavioral health required.)
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have 3 years of driving experience
- Must have up-to-date PA Clearances
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and documenting individual programs for all residents.
- Assist residents in all activities of daily living.
- Design and facilitate therapeutic groups in accordance with psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery principles.
- Plan and implement community integration plans.
- Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, coordination of community care linkages, and discharge process.
- Adhere to standards, procedures, and schedules established by Program Supervisor.
